About the HOst
Germaine Miller-Summers is a dream revitalizer and the host of Morning Brew with Germaine, a daily pour of inspiration that empowers individuals to pause, reflect, and fuel their journey with purpose.
As founder and CEO of HOV, LLC, she leads the rapidly growing divisions of Hope of Vision Publishing (HOV) and HOV Media, LLC, guiding authors, creatives, and entrepreneurs in turning their visions into reality. With a degree from the world-renowned Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Germaine transitioned from the fashion industry, where she oversaw fourteen Gap, Inc. stores as a regional training manager, into entertainment, later managing artists such as The Lox and the late DMX.
Today, she is known for her ability to “midwife” ideas, combining inspiration, resources, and accountability to help others achieve their hardest-to-reach dreams. Her work spans publishing, media, and personal development, but her greatest gift lies in giving voice to the obscure and championing stories that shift culture.
