1. Sign Up: Interested participants must register for the "Authors Connect" program through the HOV Publishing website to receive a unique referral code.
2. Spread the Word: Share your unique referral code with potential authors. You can promote it through social media, writing groups, workshops, or any creative method you choose!
3. Earn Rewards: For each new author that signs a book contract with HOV Publishing or a new book title from an existing HOV Publishing author that cites your referral code, you will earn $100 cash.

• Eligibility: Anyone can join the referral program, except HOV Publishing employees and their immediate family members.
• Referral Tracking: Authors must enter your unique referral code at the time of their contract signing for the referral to be valid. We do ask who referred you just in case they forget.
• Reward Distribution: Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of the new author's contract commencement.
• Unlimited Earnings: There is no cap on the number of new authors you can refer. The more successful referrals you make, the more you earn!
• Reporting: You'll have access to a personal dashboard to track your referrals and earnings.

HOV Publishing will provide "Authors Connect" participants with promotional materials to aid in referral efforts, including digital brochures, sample texts for emails and social media posts, and tips for finding potential authors.

• The referred author must sign a  contract with HOV Publishing for the referrer to qualify for the reward.
• Self-referrals are not allowed.
• The reward will be paid out within 30 days of the contract signing.
• If the same author is referred by multiple people, the reward will go to the first referrer based on the timestamp of the referral submission.
• Rewards are subject to applicable taxes and legal reporting.
• HOV Publishing reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
