Ron Sweeney is a prominent entertainment attorney, manager, consultant, and former record executive who has managed major artists and practiced law for over forty years. He has been named by Billboard Magazine as one of the top music lawyers in the business for the last 5 years. Sweeney has represented some of the biggest artists in the world as an attorney and/or manager for James Brown, Kool & the Gang, Klymaxx, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Morris Day, Eazy-E, DMX, Sean "Puffy” Combs, Lil Wayne, Young Money, and others. Sweeney worked for Sony Music as an Executive Vice President of Sony Music Corporate and he reported directly to the Chairman of the company. He was also President of the Epic Urban Group. He signed Ginuwine, RZA, Ghostface Killer, Cameron, Cappadona, Lil Bow Wow, and others.
